TIPS FOR EXAM
Exam, an assessment or final test given to students at the end of a course, mainly to determine their knowledge or level of understanding on a certain subject. Preparing for exam can be both though and stressful at times.
Passing the exam is the goal of every students. There are many ways to taking exams , but preparation for it starts long before the exam even begin.
Tips For Student:
- Attend Classes
To be successful on the final exam, the first thing you must do is attend class. You need to attend the class so that you don’t miss out anything important.
- Listen to your teachers
This is one of the most essential ways of retaining information on the subject you are going over to avoid confusion or doubts during the exam.
- Practice through past year’s exam paper
One of the most effective ways to revise is by using past year papers. Past year’s papers will give you ideas on the format and types of questions that you can expect in your exams.
- Get the syllabus for your exam
First thing you need to get the syllabus for all the subjects from your teachers. Ask the teachers what are the topics to be covered and tips for the exams.
- Plan schedule
Make your study plan according to the exam subjects and give more priority to your weakest subject that needs more focus.
- Read Loudly
Repeating loud reading and rewriting the details if having trouble remembering is also one of the best ways to revise.
- Relax your mind
Don’t make yourself stressed before the exam. Get a good night’s sleep one day before the exam. Sleep impacts memory, performance, energy, and our ability to handle stress.
